1. In accordance with the reference, you will proceed and report to IRELAND ARMY COMMUNITY HOSPITAL in FORT
KNOX, KENTUCKY for further assignment to SPC JASON SCOGGINS and MRS. CORINA SCOGGINS herein after referred to as Father and
Mother for duty as son.
2. Your duties will include, but not be limited to sleeping, eating, crying, wetting, and being lovable.
3. You will initially report to your Mother at 1009 HOURS on 29TH August, 2000 and will make yourself available
as soon as possible for inspection by your Father. Your height and weight limits for reporting for duty are established as
15 inches and 3 lbs. 8 oz. .
4. No uniform or baggage is authorized or permitted in your travel to IRELAND ARMY COMMUNITY HOSPITAL in FORT
KNOX, KENTUCKY. Initial issue will be made prior to your Mother's viewing. Initial issue and Supplemental Gear will be available
at the Base Exchange upon the presentation of these Orders.
5. Upon completion of your temporary duty at IRELAND ARMY COMMUNITY HOSPITAL in FORT KNOX, KENTUCKY you will
proceed to your permanent address at 4844C 36th ARMORED INF. BN. CIR.-ROSE TERRACE, FORT KNOX, KENTUCKY 40121 for duty.
